Teaching, Learning and Assessing

Here are some lessons regarding specific functional academic skills that may be taught in the educational setting. The skills presented in these lessons focus on those foundational skills needed to move to higher level thinking. As a parent, you will be able to work with your child to emphasize and maintain skills at home. As stated in the descriptions below, each lesson will have three parts: a lesson, practice opportunities, and assessment. The assessments may vary in format from lesson to lesson.
